BC科技集團(00863.HK)獲7.13億港元注資，與加密貨幣資深投資者Liu Shuai合作
格隆匯11月14日丨BC科技集團(00863.HK)公吿，於2023年11月13日，公司與認購人BGX Group Holding Limited訂立認購協議，據此，根據認購協議所載條款及條件，公司已有條件同意配發及發行，而認購人已有條件同意認購合共1.876億股認購股份，認購價為每股認購股份3.80港元。
認購事項所得款項總額為7.13億港元，而認購事項所得款項淨額(經扣除認購事項附帶相關開支)估計約為7.1億港元。公司擬將認購事項所得款項淨額約43%用於潛在併購從事數字資產及區塊鏈平台業務的公司的機會；約29%用於開發及提升數字資產平台業務的平台技術；約14%用於維持集團受監管附屬公司的資本要求；約14%將用作集團的一般營運資金。
認購股份相當於公司於公吿日期全部已發行股本約42.79%及公司經認購事項擴大後全部已發行股本約29.97%(假設於本公吿日期至完成期間，除配發及發行認購股份外，公司已發行股本並無變動)。
認購人為一間於開曼羣島註冊成立公司，由Liu Shuai全資擁有。Liu Shuai為經驗豐富的投資者，於基金管理方面擁有豐富經驗。Liu Shuai於摩根士丹利華鑫基金管理有限公司及紐銀梅隆西部基金管理有限公司開展事業。Liu Shuai為中國專業股權投資機構深圳前海君創基金管理有限公司的創辦人。彼亦為專注於支援Web3項目的加密貨幣投資機構Foresight Ventures的創辦人。Liu Shuai為加密貨幣領域的資深投資者，投資過的項目及公司包括TheBlock、Walletconnect、Sei Network、Xterio、Story Protocol、Matrixport及Bitget。
公司已向聯交所申請股份自2023年11月15日(星期三)上午九時正起恢復在聯交所買賣。
