星巴克(SBUX.US)明年上調美國零售員工時薪最少3%
美國咖啡店連鎖星巴克(Starbucks)(SBUX.US)表示,明年上調美國零售員工時薪最少3%,年資二至五年員工獲加薪最少4%,年資5年或以上員工最少加薪5%。
公司在北美有約1.7萬間分店。美國員工平均時薪15至24美元,連同補貼及福利,時薪可達27美元。
公司上周表示增加全球分店數目,由目前3.8萬間增至2030年的5.5萬間,並透過加薪及延長工時,未來兩年把咖啡師時薪水平上調至2020年時的兩倍。
