融創房地產再被強制執行7.1億人幣 累計被執行逾百億人幣
據內地商業信息查詢平台「天眼查」資料,11月2日及3日,融創中國(01918.HK)旗下融創房地產新增多條被執行人信息,相關金額合計7.1億元人民幣,涉及金融借款合同糾紛、票據糾紛、票據追索權糾紛等,執行法院為廣州市中級人民法院、重慶市第一中級人民法院等。
風險信息顯示,融創房地產現存600多條被執行人信息,被執行總金額過百億元人民幣。此外,公司存在多條限制消費令、失信被執行人和終本案件信息。
