格隆匯10月22日丨中國銀河(601881.SH)公佈,公司董事長陳亮先生因工作安排,於2023年10月20日提出辭去公司董事及董事長、董事會戰略發展委員會主任委員、公司執行委員會主任及其他相關職務。
根據《中華人民共和國公司法》《上海證券交易所股票上市規則》《公司章程》等相關規定,自即日起至選舉產生本公司新任董事長之前,由公司副董事長、執行董事、執行委員會副主任、總裁王晟先生代行董事長職責,並代行董事會祕書職責。
