馬可數字科技(01942.HK)今日(16日)高開復牌15%,現報7.04元,升17.33%,成交921.8萬股,涉資6,446.64萬元。
馬可數字科技此前公布,董事會獲悉廉政公署於上周四(12日)扣留公司執行董事、主席兼聯席行政總裁鄧志華以配合調查,鄧志華已於同日保釋,且未受到任何指控,目前已返回集團位於江西省的總部如常工作,強調集團現階段主要業務活動未受影響,將持續監察事件,並會適時徵詢必要的法律意見。
