《大行報告》中金下調京東(JD.US)目標價至44美元 評級「跑贏行業」
中金發表報告,預計京東(JD.US)第三季收入按年增長1.4%,之前預測為4.5%,其中零售商品成交金額料增長2.6%,之前預測為5.5%,零售收入料按年持平,之前預測為增長3.6%,低於市場預期。維持第三季利潤率預測。
中金指,考慮到宏觀環境能見度較低,且公司業務調整影響或持續,下調今明兩年收入預測各2%和3%至 10,789億和11,683億元人民幣,對應按年增速分別為3%和8%,下調今明兩年非通用準則淨利潤各2%和6%至332億和390億元人民幣。
中金維持對該股「跑贏行業」評級。考慮到市場風險偏好降低,調整SOTP估值法為PE估值法,下調目標價14%至44美元。
