中國碳中和(1372.HK)升13.33%,報0.425港元。中國碳中和發佈公吿,擬以每股配售股份0.4港元的配售價(較10月12日收市價每股0.375港元溢價約6.67%)向不少於六名承配人配售最多8930萬股配售股份,所得款項淨額預計將約為3464.8萬港元。集團擬將配售事項所得款項用以投資碳中和、新能源、再生能源幾大新興業務領域;發展行業團隊及碳資產開發及相關研發;用於償還集團債務及改善集團財務狀況;及一般營運資金。
