《本地樓市》信置(00083.HK)等旺角ONE SOHO逾180伙已交樓 短期或推新付款計劃
信和置業(00083.HK)夥市建局及莊士機構國際(00367.HK)合作發展旺角山東街住宅項目「ONE SOHO」正陸續交樓。信和置業執行董事田兆源表示,在已售出的191個單位中,目前已有逾180伙住戶收樓。另外,今日(12日)會開放兩個現樓示範單位予準買家參觀。
他指,所有已售單位累計套現13億元,平均呎價約2.38萬元。項目至今租出約60伙,平均呎租接近60元,最高為67元。
他透露,項目短期內有機會推出新付款辦法,或包括首年免息免供計劃等。
