《大行報告》高盛:受廣東颱風影響 內地餐飲業9月同店銷售復甦減弱
高盛發表研究報告指,與2019年同期相比,內地餐飲業9月的平均同店銷售復甦率從5月至8月的75%放緩至70%,是年初至今的低點。除了受到淡季影響外,該行相信這亦可能是由於9月廣東沿海地區受到颱風影響,而該區是不少品牌門市的所在地。 剛過去的黃金週期間,內地平均恢復率為85%,與勞動節假期相似,但考慮到整個時間長達8日,故日均客流量應低於勞動節。從品牌來看,海底撈的翻桌率較疫情前高出90%;太二的每日同店銷售率為疫情前的82%,低於今年早前假期時的逾90%。 對於九毛九(09922.HK),該行表示,太二9月的同店銷售按年增長4%,但國慶長假期期間的同店銷售按年增長僅為3%,相當於疫情前的82%,復甦較今年的勞動節及農曆新年假期弱。呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)旗下湊湊火鍋9月同店銷售按年跌24%,而呷哺則按年增5%。 在國慶假期期間,海底撈(06862.HK)平均客流量按年增逾25%,與今年五一期間的客流量相近。恢復率達到2019年水平的90%,表現較農曆新年及勞動節假期理想。奈雪的茶(02150.HK)於黃金週期間,同店銷售分別為去年中秋及國慶假期水平的90%和85%,較勞動節期間錄得較弱復甦。
