碧桂園(02007.HK)下周面臨多筆美元債利息到期
碧桂園(02007.HK)下周一(16日)將面臨兩筆合共6,680萬美元的境外美元債利息到期,支付寬限期為30日,兩筆債券分別於2024年4月及2026年4月到期。
上月碧桂園獲得境內債權人批准延長人民幣債券兌付期限,並於同月在寬限期結束後的最後數個小時內在離岸市場支付票息。碧桂園尚未支付9月17日到期的1,500萬美元的美元債利息,以及9月27日到期的另一筆4,000萬美元利息,兩筆債券都有30日的寬限期,意味著若未能在10月17日前支付1,500 萬美元的9月到期利息,其離岸債務可能被視為違約。
