《即日市評》港股牛皮靠穩 成交降至470億 啤酒股跑出
市場靜待美國明晚(6日)公布非農業就業數據,港股今日(5日)反覆偏好,成交額按日降逾18%至470億元。人力資源顧問ADP報告顯示美國9月私人市場新增職位8.9萬個,較市場預期少約42%,國際油價隔晚(4日)亦挫近6%,美股道指及納指隔晚各升0.4%及1.4%;撰文之時,美國10年期債券孳息率跌至4.752厘,美匯指數跌至106.83,道指期貨最新跌102點或0.3%,納指期貨最新跌0.35%。中秋及國慶長假期下,內地A股由上周五(9月29日)起直至10月6日(本周五)休市,將於10月9日復市。日經指數自逾四個月低位回升,全日升548點或1.8%,近高收報31,075。
恆指高開54點後,升幅擴大至140點一度高見17,336點,尾市升幅收窄,全日升18點或0.1%,收17,213點;國指升5點或0.1%,收5,887點;恆生科技指數升5點或0.1%,收3,757點。大市全日成交總額降470.05億元,為2019年12月24日(當日為半日市及成交319.8億元)以來新低,若撇除半日市因素後則錄自2018年12月28日(當日成交額469.59億元)以來新低。滬、深港通南下交易暫停,下周一(10日)恢復。
科網股發展不一,阿里-SW(09988.HK)跌0.5%報81.35元,騰訊(00700.HK)升0.7%報299.8元,美團-W(03690.HK)股價跌0.9%。
【成交額低迷 啤酒股跑出】
啤酒股向上,華潤啤酒(00291.HK)漲2.4%,百威亞太(01876.HK)彈高5.4%。摩根大通近日發表中國消費行業策略報告,內地今年中秋和國慶假期持續八天,9月下旬與內地不同地區的經銷商/專家進行了多輪電話會議,試圖了解全國各地的實地消費情緒和假日銷售情況。雖然各個行業和地區存在一些差異,但該行觀察到了共同的趨勢。經銷商預計內地黃金周假期銷售不會強勁。
摩通指,整體需求華南強於華北,低線城市強於高線城市。消費者在每個細分市場都追求有價值的貨幣產品,表現最好的類別包括啤酒、飲料、預製菜和零食。
【市寬呈改善 內房走個別】
港股主板今日市寬改善,主板股票的升跌比率為20比18(上日12比29);恆指成份股今日45隻股份上升,28隻股份下跌,升跌比率為56比35(上日為19為81);大市今日錄沽空82.55億元,佔可沽空股份成交額378.11億元的21.833%(上日23.575%)。
內房股走個別,合景泰富(01813.HK)及富力(02777.HK)股價均升3.4%,遠洋(03377.HK)升2.4%,龍湖(00960.HK)升1.9%。融創中國(01918.HK)境外債重組獲本港法庭批准,股價升6.3%。恆大(03333.HK)跌11.1%報0.32元。
交銀國際發表報告指出,該行跟蹤的26家主要上市開發商9月銷售額按月上升19%,主要由於銷售均價顯著上漲(按月增長16%),銷售面積也實現小幅上升(按月升3%)。該行預計核心一線城市房地產市場率先企穩復甦。9月以來,各線城市樓市優化政策密集出台,包括認房不認貸、下調存量房房貸利率、優化或取消限購政策等。步入「金九銀十」傳統旺季,隨著各地樓市寬鬆政策陸續落地,開發商在一線以及核心二線城市加大推盤力度,加上政策對於改善性需求端的支持作用,9月銷售額在一、二線城市回穩,預計第四季一線城市房地產市場將率先企穩恢復,銷售會略有回升。
在密集支持政策出台和推盤力度加大下,該行預計改善性需求購買力會得到提振,銷售氣氛以及項目去化會在第四季度改善。該行相信銷售業績較好且融資成本較低的國企會長期領先大市,包括越秀地產(00123.HK)和華潤置地(01109.HK),均予以「買入」評級。
