微軟技術主管吹捧AMD 指其AI產品數年內越加重要
微軟(MSFT.US)首席技術長Kevin Scott在加州達納角舉行的程式碼會議上表示,晶片製造商AMD(AMD.US)正鞏固其在人工智慧領域的地位,指AMD製造越來越引人注目的GPU產品,並指其產品在未來數年對市場將變得越來越重要。
AMD於6月宣布,第三季將開始向客戶提供MI300X晶片,該類GPU是專門為AI模型設計。
今年到目前為止,Nvidia(NVDA.US)股價上升近兩倍,而AMD股價上升約60%。
