平安不動產澄清不存在債務違約問題
中國平安(02318.HK)旗下不動產資產管理平台平安不動產表示,根據河南省高級人民法院判決,在債權人對抵押物行使優先受償權前,公司毋須承擔判決中的連帶清償責任,而目前預期土地抵押物處置後足以償還主債務,因此預料公司不會因該連帶清償責任發生重大損失。
平安不動產澄清,公司不存在債務違約問題,近期的生產經營、日常營運管理均未發生重大變化,償債能力未受重大影響。
