格隆匯9月20日丨雙運控股(01706.HK)公佈,有關子公司Double-Trans及Samco的清盤呈請。有關兩家子公司的清盤呈請,新加坡高等法院分別於2023年9月8日及2023年9月15日對Double-Trans和Samco的清盤呈請進行了聆訊。法庭就兩家公司的清盤呈請給予了批准,並指令清盤程序由即日起進行。
公司欲向公眾及投資者披露此聆訊結果,由於集團現已進入清盤程序,公司無法公佈集團2023年上半年財務情況及接下來的財務報吿。
