內房股普遍反覆受壓 寶龍、正榮地產及遠洋跌逾7%-10%
內地8月各線城市商品住宅售價按月下降。內房股今天普遍受壓,尤其是暫停所有境外債務付款的遠洋集團(03377.HK)由近五個月高位連吐第三天,今天高低見0.69元/0.58元,現報0.59元,反覆續跌10.6%。 中國恆大(03333.HK)連吐第三天,今早高見0.75元無以為繼,現報0.66元即市低位,反覆續4.3%。 綠城中國(03900.HK)、合生創展(00754.HK)、美的置業(03990.HK)、富力(02777.HK)及融創中國(01918.HK)反覆跌逾1%-4%,後者沽壓較大,報2.58元,反覆續吐4%。 寶龍地產(01238.HK)高低見1.22元/1.09元,現報1.1元,反覆續吐7.6%。正榮地產(06158.HK)反覆續吐8.5%報0.15元。 中駿(01966.HK)、世茂(00813.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)、中國金茂(00817.HK)、佳兆業(01638.HK)及時代中國(01233.HK)反覆跌約2.5%-5%,後者沽壓最大,報0.58元,反覆續吐4.9%。 然而,龍光(03380.HK)現報1.01元,反覆回升1%。碧桂園(02007.HK)高見1.09元,現報1.06元,反覆回升近1%。三大藍籌內房普遍反覆靠穩。 國統局數據顯示,內地首八個月固定資產投資按年升幅續放緩至3.2%(前值升3.4%),略遜市場預期升3.3%。期內,全國房地產開發投資按年降8.8%至7.69萬億元人民幣,其中住宅投資按年降8%至5.84萬億元人民幣。此外,首八個月商品房銷售面積按年降7.1%至7.39億平方米,其中住宅銷售面積按年降5.5%。商品房銷售額按年降3.2%至7.82萬億元人民幣,其中住宅銷售額按年降1.5%。
