《即日市評》恆指止連跌 內房股急吐 中石油彈逾5%
恆指「六連跌」累跌逾830點後,今日先跌後回升。美國公布8月消費者物價指數(CPI)按年升3.7%,按月升0.6%符合預期;核心通脹按年升4.3%,錄近兩年來最小升幅,同樣符預期,投資者憧憬聯儲局下周會議維持利率不變。美股道指及納指隔晚分別跌0.2%及升0.3%,執筆之時,美國10年期債券孳息率跌至4.258厘,美匯指數跌至104.71,道指期貨最新升42點或0.12%,納指期貨最新升0.3%。上證綜指今日升3點或0.11%收3,126點,深證成指跌0.6%,而滬深兩市成交額共6,659億人民幣。 恆指高開92點,初段曾升164點見18,173點,其後一度倒跌80點見17,928點。全日反覆升38點或0.21%,收18,047點;國指升39點或0.63%,收6,275點;恆生科技指數升17點或0.44%,收4,059點。大市全日成交總額816.04億元,滬、深港通南下交易淨流入22.26億及20.94億元人民幣。 科網股走個別,騰訊(00700.HK)全日微跌0.1%收319.8元,阿里巴巴(09988.HK)及美團(03690.HK)各漲0.4%及跌0.08%。友邦(01299.HK)股價下滑2.2%。 【恆指止連跌 內房股回吐】 市場傳聞,廣州房貸政策再度發生變化,恆大(03333.HK)股價下滑12.7%,合景泰富(01813.HK)及融創中國(01918.HK)各跌8.3%及8.8%,碧桂園(02007.HK)及新城發展(01030.HK)各跌4.5%及5.3%。評級機構穆迪將內地房地產行業前景從穩定下調至負面,主因內地經濟增長面臨挑戰,即使在政府的政策支持下,置業人士仍憂慮項目能否如期竣工及交付。穆迪預計,未來6至12個月中國合約銷售將下降約5%,雖然內地政府最近加強對房地產行業的政策支持,但預計這將對銷售帶來短暫的作用會在數個月後消退,特別是在二三線城市以及經濟較弱的地區。 據內地記者獲悉,9月13日更新了二套房貸的政策,廣州有一套房產,不管貸款是否已結清,申請二套房貸都按首付四成、利率LPR+30BP執行。而此前,即9月8日,項目執行的是廣州有一套房產貸款已結清,申請二套房貸是三成首付比例,利率是LPR-10BP。 【市寬略改善 中石油受捧】 港股主板今日市寬改善,主板股票的升跌比率為20比20(上日15比26);恆指成份股今日41隻股份上升,下跌股份36隻,升跌比率為51比45(上日為41為50);大市今日錄沽空154.96億元,佔可沽空股份成交額694.43億元的22.314%(上日19.838%)。 中資石油股彈高,中石油(00857.HK)全日上揚5.8%收5.81元,中海油(00883.HK)及中海油服(02883.HK)股價各漲5%及3.2%。花旗近日發表報告表示,由於市場不確定性持續,中國石油和天然氣板塊成為相對安全的「避風港」,料行業可得益於較高的盈利可見度、強勁的資產負債表及現金流。該行仍認為中國油氣行業在今年下半年仍將是投資者相對更安全的「避風港」。 該行料昆侖能源(00135.HK)、中石油及中石化煉化工程(02386.HK)提高派息率的機會較大。在人民幣貶值下,該行料中石油和中海油服是主要受益者,而該行的行業首選為中石油、中海油服和昆侖能源。(wl/u) ~
