Arm美國IPO定價每股51美元 估值超過540億美元
日本軟銀旗下英國晶片設計公司Arm於美國首次公開募股定價為每股51美元,為招股價的上限,其市值已超過540億美元,該股將於本周四開始交易,美股代號為ARM。
總部位於英國的Arm,主要向蘋果(AAPL.US)、Nvidia(NVDA.US)、Google、AMD(AMD.US)、三星等公司提供核心技術,目前由軟銀持有Arm約90%的流通股。
Arm在招股說明書中表示,截至3月份財年收入按年下滑少於1%至26.8億美元。2023 財年淨利潤下跌 22%至5.24億美元。
