東航(00670.HK)控股股東擬斥5億至10億人幣增持
東方航空(00670.HK)公布,控股股東中國東航集團昨日(12日)在上交所以集中競價方式,增持約2,195.71萬股A股,佔總股份數量0.0985%,另外在香港聯交所以集中競價方式,增持155萬股H股,佔總股份約0.007%,持股量由52.89%升至52.9977%。
公司計劃在未來12個月,以自有資本5億至10億元人民幣,繼續增持A股及H股。增持是基於對公司未來發展前景的信心、對資本市場長期投資價值的認可,以及鞏固控股股東地位,促進公司持續、健康、穩定發展。
