BC科技集團(00863.HK)公布,其全資附屬公司OSL Digital Securities,與專注中國市場基本面研究的資產管理公司嘉實國際,宣布建立戰略性合作夥伴關係,共同探索開拓香港代幣化相關業務。
董事會認為,此戰略性合作令集團能夠充分發揮雙方優勢,推動證券型代幣成為投資者利用區塊鏈優勢投資傳統投資產品的全新選項。最近香港數字資產市場正式向零售投資者開放,目前正是推進這次合作的合適時機。
