林世雄:如事故的發生屬控制範圍外 港鐵(00066.HK)毋須罰款
運輸及物流局局長林世雄表示,今日是上週大雨後恢復上班上學的日子,經過過去兩三日的全力搶修,除了部分道路的行車線要封閉,基本上所有道路已開通。
他在電臺節目指,目前巴士及港鐵(00066.HK)已恢復服務,但港鐵黃大仙站因曾出現嚴重水浸,設施受損,需關閉部分出口,呼籲乘客諒解,相信港鐵會總結經驗,以應對未來的惡劣天氣。
對於事故中港鐵延誤服務是否需要罰款,林世雄指,如事故的發生屬控制範圍外,則毋須罰款。
