《即日市評》恆指靠穩 內房股炒上 恆大飆八成
布蘭特期油升至90美元水平,市場關注環球通脹前景,港股今日(6日)反覆上落。美股道指及納指隔晚(5日)各跌0.6%及0.1%,撰文之時,美國10年期債券孳息率升至4.258厘,美匯指數升至104.75,道指期貨最新跌65點或0.19%,納指期貨最新跌0.4%。上證綜指今日反覆升3點或0.1%收3,158點,深證成指跌0.2%,內地創業板指數跌近0.5%,而滬深兩市成交額共7,713億人民幣。
恆指低開51點後,早段曾跌200點見18,256點,其後曾倒升35點見18,492點,全日跌6點或0.04%,收18,449點;國指升6點或0.1%,收6,403點;恆生科技指數跌16點或0.4%,收4,176點。大市全日成交總額降至929.28億元,滬、深港通南下交易淨流人37.06億及26.13億元人民幣。
部份科網股偏淡,騰訊(00700.HK)及阿里-SW(09988.HK)股價各下滑0.4%及0.1%,美團-W(03690.HK)走低0.2%。
【內房股炒上 恆大飆八成】
內房股炒上,碧桂園(02007.HK)全日股價抽升20.8%收1.22元,中國恆大(03333.HK)及世茂集團(00813.HK)各彈高82.9及53%,融創中國(01918.HK)飆升逾68%,雅居樂(03383.HK)揚16.3%;碧桂園服務(06098.HK)升5.8%。內地官媒《證券時報》發表評論文章指,內地樓市限購、限貸、限售等限制性政策,是過去在市場過熱階段出台、抑制投機炒房的措施,在目前房地產市場供求關係發生重大變化的情況下,繼續執行已不合時宜。文章指目前急需在地產銷售端繼續加大政策支持力度,從而促進受抑制的剛性和改善性住房需求釋放。
中金發表報告表示,內地新房銷售連續三周回升,基本面現築底跡像,關注政策落地後來訪與成交修復情況。上周57個樣本城市新房銷售面積按周增長3%,按年降幅收窄至-22%,連續三周實現按周增長。該行指,上周人行下調首付比例和利率下限,同時四個一線城市「認房不認貸」終落地,廈門、成都、重慶、長沙、東莞等重點城市亦有跟進,同時天津、重慶已對首付比例進行下調,整體政策力度超出市場預期。該行認為後續各城市政策仍持續跟進落地,此次調整有望帶動重點一二線城市銷售修復,同時多城持續調整或具預期引導效果。
【沽空率回落 中海油造好】
港股主板今日市寬略改善,主板股票的升跌比率為19比22(上日12比31);恆指成份股今日30隻股份上升,下跌股份48隻,升跌比率為38比60(上日為5為95);大市今日錄沽空158.33億元,佔可沽空股份成交額880.7億元的19.774%(上日26.586%)。
國際油價攀升,中海油(00883.HK)全日上揚2.2%,中石化(00386.HK)股價跌1.1%。中銀國際發表報告指,沙地阿拉伯宣布將每日100萬桶的自願減產期限,延長三個月至年底,同時俄羅斯亦宣布將每日30萬桶的自願出口減產期限延長三個月。該行指,沙地延長減產期限令市場意外,建議投資者買入風險敞口較大的公司,首選是中海油,並指中石油(00857.HK) 是另一個選擇。
