內地官媒發表撐樓市評論文章 恆大、世茂及融創續升24%-28%

內地官媒《證券時報》發表評論文章指,樓市限購、限貸、限售等限制性政策,在目前房地產市場供求關係發生重大變化情況下,繼續執行已不合時宜,並認為非一線熱點城市樓市限購政策可因城施策盡快取消。內房板塊今天逆市抽升。昨天起獲滬深交易調入港股通的融創中國(01918.HK),其8月實現合同銷售額41.9億人民幣,按年跌61%。該股承昨天續漲逾25%勢,今早曾進一步飆至2.12元,現報2.02元,續漲28%,成交已達3.89億股。
中國恆大(03333.HK)高見0.475元,現報0.435元,續升24%,成交增至4.68億股。世茂(00813.HK)續升27%報1.03元,成交增至7,642萬股。昨天起遭剔除恆指成份股的碧桂園(02007.HK)高見1.16元,現報1.13元,回升12%。
合景泰富(01813.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)及富力(02777.HK)回升10%-12%,股價曾分別高見1.11元、1.09元及1.52元。
遠洋(03377.HK)、寶龍(01238.HK)、時代中國(01233.HK)及龍光(03380.HK)升10%-13%,後者跑贏,最高見0.97元,現報0.94元,回升13%。
新城發展(01030.HK)、、越秀地產(00123.HK)、金茂(00817.HK)、美的置業(03990.HK)、藍籌龍湖(00960.HK)、合生創展(00754.HK)及綠城中國(03900.HK)升逾2%-3.5%。
