上海電氣(02727.HK)擬將節餘募集資金永久補充流動資金
格隆匯8月30日丨上海電氣(02727.HK)發佈公吿,為提高募集資金使用效率,提高公司資產運行質量,公司擬將非公開發行股份募集資金投資項目節餘募集資金合計人民幣0.62億元(包含利息收入,實際金額以資金轉出當日專户餘額為準)永久補充公司流動資金,用於公司日常經營及業務發展需要。該節餘募集資金金額佔非公開發行股份募集資金淨額的比例低於10%。節餘募集資金轉出後,上述對應募集資金專户將不再使用,公司將辦理銷户手續。專户註銷後,公司與中國工商銀行上海市外灘支行、國泰君安簽署的相關監管協議隨之終止。
