大眾公用(01635.HK)公佈中期業績：營收35.57億元同比增長12.81%，淨利潤4.78億元同比大幅扭虧
格隆匯8月30日丨大眾公用(01635.HK)公佈中期業績，截至2023年6月30日止六個月，各業務板塊緊密圍繞本年初制定的經營目穩步推進各項重點工作，在報吿期內基本完成了預期目標。報吿期公司實現收益人民幣35.57億元，同比增長12.81%；實現歸屬上市公司股東淨利潤人民幣4.78億元，同比增長人民幣6.28億元；基本每股收益人民幣0.16元，同比增長人民幣0.21元╱股。
交通服務板塊，2023年上半年，大眾交通把握市場發展趨勢，科學調整規劃，繼續推進扁平化、中心化、平台化職能下沉工作，不斷夯實穩固兩翼四柱發展格局，為集團高質量發展釋放出更多的活力，提高了企業抵抗風險的能力。大眾運行物流通過積極轉型應對更加激烈的市場化競爭格局，改變單一物流環節的運營模式，充分利用已有的危險品運輸資質，積極探索擴大配送類別。2023年4月，大眾運行物流申請並獲得批覆150張燃料電池新能源小型貨運車輛額度。
燃氣板塊積極抓住市場發展機遇，穩步拓展市場增量。上海大眾燃氣深挖客户需求，針對需求分析配套重點對專案持續跟進，推廣產融結合，豐富線上產品類別，延伸服務觸覺。南通大眾燃氣以存量市場為着力點，積極推進清潔能源替代工作，出台公司2023年燃氣管網新建計劃，科學規劃城市氣網。上海大眾燃氣多措並舉降本增效，通過加大管理力度，持續做好購銷差和表具管理工作；強化應收賬款管理工作。南通大眾燃氣啟動降本增效專項行動，從氣源組織、人力資源、投資控制及延伸服務四方面制定了降本增效工作方案。
市政環境業務水務板塊總體運營平穩，主要經營指標呈穩健增長態勢。污水處理業務實現收益人民幣16,011.40萬元，較上年同期增長31.15%，主要是子公司大眾嘉定結算污水處理量增加所致。
金融創投板塊，大眾融資租賃圍繞「消費金融、平台金融」兩大重點拓展業務；供應鏈金融迅速發展，平台金融實現突破，保理公司業務穩步推進；成功發行新一期手機分期ABS。大眾融資租賃在供應鏈金融業務上逐步拓展了多家汽車品牌合作方，2023年上半年累計完成了3,249輛、人民幣2.37億元的新車採購供應鏈金融業務。報吿期內，受整體經濟環境和地緣政治影響，公司嚴格控制非主業專案的投資規模，積極梳理存量專案，加大專案的退出力度，並謹慎研究新投資項目。
