協鑫新能源(00451.HK)上半年營收達4.23億元，積極執行輕資產戰略轉型，負債率進一步下降至47.5%
格隆匯8月29日丨協鑫新能源(00451.HK)公佈中期業績，截至2023年6月30日止六個月，公司收入為人民幣4.23億元，毛利為人民幣1.95億元，毛利率為46.2%。公司擁有人應占虧損為人民幣2.16億元，同比大幅收窄約57.94%。於2023年6月30日，銀行結餘及現金約為人民幣8.94億元。
協鑫新能源積極謀新求變，為了充分把握清潔能源未來的發展重點，對國內外天然氣發展形勢進行了全面、清晰、客觀的認識和判斷，適時抓緊天然氣格局大調整下的新機遇，協鑫新能源與保利協鑫天然氣集團保持良好溝通並積極探索未來進軍液化天然氣("LNG")業務的合作機遇。
為了進一步推進高質量可持續發展，於謀劃未來長遠發展的過程中，協鑫新能源積極執行輕資產戰略轉型，致力將可持續發展理念貫徹到企業長期發展戰略中，並全方位地納入各個領域日常運營中。於2023年5月19日，集團公佈其間接附屬公司蘇州協鑫新能源出售4座位於國內合共併網容量約191兆瓦的已運營光伏電站予與湖南新華，並擬將此次交易的現金所得款項淨額預計為約人民幣14.25億元用於償還債務。集團於2023年上半年的總負債與總資產的比率下降至47.5%，整體負債已達至更有利長遠發展佈局的水平，為開拓清潔能源業務的新機遇提供了更有力的支撐。
在財務狀況持續向好的情況下，集團積極審慎處理現有票據的相關債務條款要求。期內，集團於完成3次合共超過1.1億美元的現有票據回購，而集團餘下未償還票據的本金總額為約1.46億美元。集團日後將會繼續根據流動資金狀況，按協議向現有票據持有人履行相應義務，嚴格遵循債務條款要求比例按時回購和償還債務，以進一步縮減整體負債和減少融資上的開支。
協鑫新能源積極探索「光伏+天然氣」雙主營業務新業態，同時堅守核心業務的發展，努力為進入下一發展階段打下更紮實的基礎。集團憑藉豐富的光伏電站運維管理經驗，依託規模優勢和海量數據積累，加速發展各種清潔能源項目的運維管理輸出業務。作為國家高新技術企業，協鑫新能源通過持續研發投入加快技術迭代，不斷提高智能化運維管理水平和電站系統效率，竭力為運維管理輸出客户提供設備預試、設備性能試驗、二次系統維護、外線維護、電力市場交易、資產評估、風光儲氫綜合能源服務等增值服務，創造價值，實現合作共贏，促進共同發展。目前，集團為近4吉瓦的能源項目提供運維管理輸出服務，客户分佈全國各地，市場佔有率名列前茅。
