嘉里建設(00683.HK)半年基礎溢利按年升逾15%,維持派中期息40仙。該股繼半日市反覆微升後,下午高見14.86元,現報14.84元,續升2.5%,成交額增至56.2萬股,涉資826萬元。
嘉里中午公佈,中期純利按年減少近37%至17.39億元,每股盈利1.2元,中期股息按年維持40仙。期內,不計入去年同期出售香港兩個貨倉的非經常性收益及投資物業公允價值變動,基礎溢利按年升逾15%至17.39億元。總營收按年升約18%至54.72億元。
