思摩爾國際(06969.HK)向管理層及僱員授出獎勵股份及購股權
思摩爾國際(06969.HK)公佈,昨日(23日)根據股份獎勵計劃授出合共2,509.94萬股獎勵股份,其中9.88萬份授予執行董事及主要股東熊少明、18.24萬份授予執行董事王貴升、11.69萬份授予執行董事王鑫、餘下2,470.13萬份授予1,261名僱員。
同日公司授出合計7,751.51萬股購股權,當中69.13萬份授予熊少明、127.66萬份授予王貴升、35.06萬份授予王鑫、餘下7,519.66萬份授予1,261名僱員。承授人可支付1元作爲接納授出購股權的代價。每份購股權行使價7.79元,行使期分別由2024年8月至2027年8月開始、至2033年8月結束。
