大行評級|交銀國際:維持中海物業目標價10.8港元 評級“買入”
交銀國際發表研究報吿指,基於2023年21倍市盈率,維持中海物業目標價10.8港元。基於集團強大的外拓能力以及國企關聯方能夠提供穩定交付,該行維持“買入”評級。報吿指,2023年上半年業績符合預期,收入同比增長23.2%至71.63億港元,淨利潤同比增長39.2%至7.26億港元,與該行和市場的預測基本一致。儘管房地產市場環境不確定,集團仍維持2021-25年收入、淨利潤和在管面積複合年增長率30%的目標不變。
