格隆匯8月23日丨三葉草生物-B(02197.HK)發佈公吿,董事會獲梁果先生(為公司首席執行官兼執行董事)吿知,彼有意自本公吿日期起一個月內,根據並遵守相關適用法律及法規,從公開市場增持公司股份。梁先生計劃增持股份的總金額將不會多於200萬港元。
董事會認為,建議增持股份顯示出梁先生對公司的前景及增長潛力的信心。截至本公吿日期,梁先生及其一致行動方有權行使公司已發行股份總數中約21.93%的股份所附帶的投票權。
