《半日總結》恆指升28點 濠賭股造好 內房股走軟

市場觀望美聯儲主席鮑威爾本周稍後在Jackson Hole央行年會演說，港股早市反覆上升。恆指高開18點，初段曾升179點見17,802點，其後曾倒跌29點見17,593點，半日升28點或0.16%，報17,652點；國指升5點或0.1%，報6,036點；恆生科技指數升16點或0.5%，報3,939點。大市半日成交總額454.93億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日淨流入22.4億及7.98億元人民幣。
科技股方面，阿里(09988.HK)升0.4%報86元，騰訊(00700.HK)跌0.6%報316元，美團(03690.HK)及快手(01024.HK)跌0.3%及1.1%，小米(01810.HK)、京東(09618.HK)、百度(09888.HK)及嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)升0.2%至1%，網易(09999.HK)升1.9%。手機相關股反彈，比亞迪電子(00285.HK)升4.6%，高偉電子(01415.HK)及瑞聲(02018.HK)升3.2%及3%。
車股方面，小鵬(09868.HK)高開6.1%後升幅收窄，半日升2.9%。蔚來(09866.HK)及理想(02015.HK)升1.8%及1.3%，比亞迪(01211.HK)跌0.6%報217.2元。消費股方面，潤啤(00291.HK)遭高盛及摩通下調目標價，股價跌2.1%。李寧(02331.HK)及頤海(01579.HK)跌2.9%及3%。廣州與上海機場澄清網傳與中免(01880.HK)探討扣點調整內容不實，中免回跌5%。中升(00881.HK)及貓眼娛樂(01896.HK)升4.5%及5.5%。
濠賭股澳博(00880.HK)中期虧損收窄至12.64億元，股價升2.2%。同業金沙中國(01928.HK)升1.8%，永利澳門(01128.HK)及美高梅中國(02282.HK)升2.7%及2%。電訊基建股中通服(00552.HK)半日炒高5.5%，內地三大電訊商中電信(00728.HK)、聯通(00762.HK)及中移動(00941.HK)升1.7%至2.4%。
金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)升0.4%報58.75元，友邦(01299.HK)升1.5%報68.15元。建行(00939.HK)及工行(01398.HK)升0.7%及1.5%。港交所(00388.HK)及中國平安(02318.HK)跌0.5%及0.8%。
內房股走軟，據報龍湖(00960.HK)計劃年底前提前償還230億債項，龍湖高開後倒跌，半日跌1.6%。碧桂園(02007.HK)、金茂(00817.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)及遠洋(03377.HK)各跌逾2%。物管股中海物業(02669.HK)半年純利升39%並增派中期息，股價升5.1%。同業保利物業(06049.HK)亦升4.8%。
傳東方甄選(01797.HK)入駐淘寶直播，最快本月底開播，該股升3%報39.15元。香港科技探索(01137.HK)發盈警，半日股價挫14.3%。星空華文(06698.HK)連日急跌，早市再跌近9%。金風科技(2208.HK)中期純利倒退35%，半日股價跌8.4%。
