格隆匯8月18日丨REF HOLDINGS(01631.HK)公吿,截至2023年6月30日止6個月的中期業績,集團的收益增加約4.9%至約7555.1萬港元。該增加乃主要由於期間翻譯服務收益增加,從而抵銷印刷服務收入下降的影響。公司擁有人應占溢利較截至2022年6月30日止6個月("先前期間")輕微上升約2.9%至約1010萬港元。每股盈利3.94港仙。
此外,於2023年6月30日,聯交所刊發有關擴大無紙化上市機制的諮詢總結,以減少上市發行人須呈交的文件數量及強制規定以電子方式提交文件。在新的上市要求下,集團將繼續與客户合作,以提升可持續發展表現。
