宏利金融-S(00945.HK):第二季核心盈利為16億加元
格隆匯8月10日丨宏利金融-S(00945.HK)發佈公吿,2023年第二季錄得強勁的營銷業績,年度化保費等值銷售額上升12%,新造業務價值上升10%,新造業務CSM上升15%至5.92億加元,全球財富與資產管理業務錄得22億加元的淨流入。季內歸於股東的收入淨額為10億加元,核心盈利為16億加元,按固定匯率基礎計算,較2022年第二季增長4%。每股普通股盈利、每股普通股核心盈利均錄得強勁增幅。
宏利總裁兼首席執行官高瑞宏表示:“我們很高興地宣佈,第二季度錄得強勁的營銷業績,包括在全球保險業務的新造業務指標方面錄得按年雙位數的升幅,尤其是新造業務CSM按照我們的中期目標水平錄得15%的增幅。亞洲業務方面,隨着區內尤其是香港的經濟逐步復甦,APE銷售額和新業務CSM都錄得了26%的增幅。此外,全球財富與資產管理業務錄得22億加元的淨流入,而核心EBITDA利潤率也按季上升2.2個百分點至24.6%。我對全球業務的發展勢頭以及這方面的銷售額預期所帶來的未來收益感到鼓舞。”
高先生續説:“我們在2023年第二季的營運業績表現穩健,當中包括16億加元的核心盈利,15.5%的普通股股東資金核心回報率,6%的每股普通股核心盈利。儘管受到房地產估價下調壓力的影響,我們在季內所錄得的10億加元收入淨額仍高於去年同期水平。”
宏利首席財務官Colin Simpson表示:“我們的LICAT比率為136%,反映資本水平強勁。年初至今,我們已經回購了1.8%的普通股,加上核心盈利上升,帶動第二季的普通股股東資金核心回報率錄得強勁水平。我們擁有令人羨慕的業務組合,這既為我們提供了策略發展方面的優勢,也為我們的成功奠下了穩固基礎,2023年第二季營銷業績方面的增幅就充分印證了這一點。我們期望CSM的增長可轉化為穩定且不斷增長的保險收益。”
