派拉蒙環球(PARA.US)公佈今第二季業績。季度股東應佔虧損2.99億美元,對上年度同期純利4.19億美元。每股季度攤薄虧損48美仙。季度收入按年跌2%至76.16億美元,高於市場預期的74.4億美元,當中串流服務Paramount+收入按年升47%,廣告直營收入按年升21%。季內就節目改動錄得6.97億美元成本。公司季度每股經營業務溢利10美仙,市場預期爲收支平衡。
另外,公司公佈向私募基金KKR出售Simon & Schuster出版業務,作價16.2億美元,買方以全現金支付。
派拉蒙環球股價在延長交易時段升4.7%,報16.85美元。
