南豐集團料香港參與正值約章計劃租戶佔比至年底達25%

南豐集團宣布推出可持續發展租戶計劃「正值租約」,以物業管理費優惠方案、宣傳曝光、優先享用環保設施並參與南豐社區舉措等獎賞計劃,鼓勵租戶共同為可持續發展努力,期望藉此加強集團、租戶及社區持分者的連繫。 首批承諾簽署的租戶包括city'super、Soho House、AEON(將軍澳店)、大家樂集團(00341.HK)及旗下餐廳、陳廷驊基金會及法國賽博集團香港分公司等。南豐集團目標至今年底,以可出租樓面面積計算,參與「正值約章」的租戶佔香港主要物業比例可達到約25%,預期會分階段將計劃擴展至更多地區,在集團位於中國大陸、英國及美國等世界各地的物業推行。
