南北水 | 北水全日淨賣出超57億，加倉龍湖集團2億港元，南水拋售邁瑞醫療超9億元
8月4日，北上資金淨買入A股27.42億元，本週淨買入124.67億元。其中今日滬股通淨買入1.16億元，深股通淨買入26.26億元。
前十大成交股中，淨賣出額居前三的是寧德時代、貴州茅台、廣發證券，分別獲淨買入15.49億元、10.1億元、1.73億元。邁瑞醫療淨賣出額居首，金額為9.01億元。
值得關注的是，北上資金已連續9日淨買入寧德時代，共計85.13億元。
南下資金今日淨賣出港股57.37億港元，結束此前連續三日淨買入態勢。其中，港股通（滬）淨賣出21.97億港元；港股通（深）淨賣出35.39億港元。
盈富基金、恒生中國企業、南方恒生科技、騰訊控股分別遭淨賣出43.15億港元、30.74億港元、4.57億港元、2.58億港元；龍湖集團逆勢獲淨買入2億港元。
南水關注個股
寧德時代獲淨買入15.49億元。公司披露2023 年中報，23H1 實現營業收入1892.46 億元，同比+67.52%；歸母淨利潤207.17億元，同比+153.64%；扣非歸母淨利潤175.53 億元，同比+148.93%。
貴州茅台獲淨買入10.1億元。茅台半年報顯示，2023年上半年實現營收695.8 億元，同比增20.8%，歸母淨利359.8 億元，同比增20.8%，每股收益28.64 元/股，略超前期的業績預吿。2Q23 營收和歸母淨利分別為308.2 億元和151.9 億元，營收同比增21.7%，歸母淨利增21.0%。1H23 合同負債73.3 億元，環比1Q23 減少10.0億元。公司渠道體系健康，未來增長確定性高，維持買入評級。
廣發證券獲淨買入1.73億元。廣發證券發佈公吿，公司2022年度A股利潤分配方案為：以公司A股股本剔除已回購A股股份後為基數，向全體A股股東每10股分配現金紅利3.50元(含税)，本次權益分派的股權登記日為：2023年8月10日，除息日為2023年8月11日。
邁瑞醫療遭淨賣出9.01億元。邁瑞醫療披露了2023年第二季度主要經營數據。經初步測算，2023年第二季度公司預計實現營業收入約101億元，同比增長約20%，預計歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約38億元，同比增長約20%。
北水關注個股
騰訊控股遭淨賣出2.58億港元。招商證券發研報指，騰訊控股將於8月16日發佈2023年二季度業績報吿，該行預期Q2公司有望實現總營收1501億元，同比增長12%，Non-IFRS淨利潤358億元，同比增長27%。
龍湖集團獲逆勢獲淨買入2億港元。消息面上，8月3日，央行行長潘功勝主持召開金融支持民營企業發展座談會。龍湖地產等八家民營企業代表參加座談會。潘功勝強調，推進民營企業債券融資支持工具(“第二支箭”)擴容增量，強化金融市場支持民營企業發展；要精準實施差別化住房信貸政策，滿足民營房地產企業合理融資需求。
快手-W獲淨買入1.54億港元。消息面上，快手近日公佈，預期該集團於2023年上半年取得淨利潤不低於人民幣5.6億元，較2022年同期集團取得的淨虧損約人民幣94.3億元，實現扭虧為盈。瑞銀表示，快手次季盈利表現遠勝預期，有條件上調全年增長指引，預期市場反映正面。高盛則預計，快手全年淨利潤指引將明顯上調，認為市場對第三季和第四季淨利潤率預測有上行空間。
