地產及收租股逆市下跌 九倉置業(01997.HK)倒跌逾4%
長實集團(01113.HK)旗下油塘親海(馬尺)II昨日公布首批132伙價單,以折實平均呎價14,997元推出,屬七年來首批最低折實均呎的市區新盤。地產和收租股今天近乎全線逆市下跌,其中新地(00016.HK)股價四連跌後,今日股價持續向下,最低見93.05元,現報93.3元下滑2.8%;新世界(00017.HK)股價五連跌後,今天股價持續下滑,盤中曾低見17.88元,現報17.94元下跌1.6%。恆地(00012.HK)反覆受壓,報22.95元,跌0.2%。 九倉置業(01997.HK)今早高見41.5元(受制百天線),掉頭回落重失20天、50天及10天線(39.86-40.5元),午後低見39.1元,現報39.15元,倒跌4.3%,。 領展(000823.HK)及港鐵(00066.HK)現報42.1元及34.95元,反覆續跌0.5%-0.7%。 恆隆地產(00101.HK)反覆跌1.8%報11元;信置(00083.HK)股價五連跌後,今日股價反覆曾低見9.16元,現報9.19元,續跌1.9%。然而,長實(01113.HK)股價反覆上升0.6%報43.3元。 匯豐研究本周初指,本港地產行業基本面逐步改善,但認為未來業績可能仍會令人失望。三大擔憂包括寫字樓按揭利率封頂息率上升風險、利息支出激增,以及人民幣疲弱拖累盈利復甦,故下調地產及收租股目標價。
