恆指漲逾400點後收窄升幅 內房反彈 龍湖、合生、美的置業及中駿曾漲近9.5%-16%

港股三連跌後，今早在科技股以及各分類指數全面高開推動，恆指高開250點或1.3%，報19,671獲承接，升幅曾擴至436點或近2.3%高見19,857，現報19,673，回升252或1.3%，總成交額344億元。
人行行長潘功勝指要滿足民營房地產企業合理融資需求，內房股今早普遍跑贏大市，日前公佈首七個月合同銷售額按年減少6%的美的置業(03990.HK)曾漲9.7%至8.18元，現報7.99元，回升7.1%。合生創展(00754.HK)扭三連跌，股價挑戰250天線(6.49元)，曾漲9.3%至6.56元，現報6.39元，反彈6.5%。中駿(01966.HK)曾急漲15.7%高見0.59元(剛爲百天線)，現報0.55元，續彈7.8%。
藍籌龍湖(00960.HK)承昨天倒升勢，今早股價重越百天線(19.8元)，最多急漲9.5%高見20.85元，現報20.15元，續升5.8%。
藍籌碧桂園(02007.HK)7月合同銷售額按年減少60%至120.7億人民幣。該股今早重越10天及20天線，最高見1.55元，現報1.51元，回升4.1%
同爲藍籌中海外(00688.HK)及潤地(01109.HK)曾漲5%-5.5%，高見19.04元及37.1元，現報18.66元及36.5元，續升近3%-4%。萬科(02202.HK)高見11.14元，現報10.88元，續彈1.3%
合景泰富(01813.HK)突破250天線(1.38元)，曾升逾7%高見1.46元，現報1.42元，續彈5.2%。融創中國(01918.HK)重越50天線(1.35元)，最高見1.42元，現報1.41元，升6%。新城發展(01030.HK)高見1.85元，現報1.8元，續升5.3%。時代中國(01233.HK)高見0.69元，現報0.68元，升6.3%
雅居樂(03383.HK)、遠洋(03377.HK)、龍光(03380.HK)、金茂(00817.HK)、富力(02777.HK)、綠城中國(03900.HK)及寶龍(01238.HK)升近3%-5%。
物管股新城悅服務(01755.HK)、融創服務(01516.HK)、合景悠活(03913.HK)、碧服(06098.HK)及雅生活(03319.HK)升逾2%-3%，後兩者股價曾分別高見10.24元及5.72元。
人行行長潘功勝於支持金融支持民營企業發展座談會上表示，央行將精準有力實施穩健貨幣政策，保持流動性合理充裕，引導金融資源更多流向民營經濟。制定出臺金融支持民營企業的指導性文件，推動商業銀行優化內控管理制度，推進民營企業債券融資支持工具(第二支箭)擴容增量，強化金融市場支持民營企業發展；並指出要精準實施差別化住房信貸政策，滿足民營房地產企業合理融資需求，促進房地產行業平穩健康發展。
