三菱日聯金融集團斥9.36億美元增持US Bancorp(USB.US)股份
三菱日聯金融集團將向美國地區銀行US Bancorp(USB.US)投資9.36億美元,持股比例將從2.9%至4.4%。US Bancorp將以每股39美元向三菱日聯金融集團發行2,400萬股普通股,收益將作用向後者償還部分債務。
去年三菱日聯金融集團以80億美元將其美國零售銀行部門三菱日聯聯合銀行(MUFG Union Bank)出售予US Bancorp,US Bancorp將收取三菱日聯聯合銀行持有的35億美元額外現金,但需要在5年內償還。
