鳳祥股份(09977.HK):前控股股東附屬獲准破產
鳳祥股份(09977.HK)公布,有關前控股股東新鳳祥控股之附屬公司新鳳祥財務涉及逾期還款糾紛,公司近日獲悉,一間公司已向國家金融監管總局提交涉及新鳳祥財務之破產清算申請,而國家金融監管總局原則上批准新鳳祥財務展開破產程序。因此,待法院針對新鳳祥財務啟動之清算程序落實後,集中應遵守《中華人民共和國企業破產法》回收於新鳳祥財務之存款。
公司現正就下一步行動諮詢法律意見,並將繼續審視新鳳祥財務及其監管行動之後續發展,並視乎適當情況考慮任何法律行動。
