華微電子(600360.SH):擬將部分房屋抵押向光大銀行吉林分行申請借款8000萬元
格隆匯7月31日丨華微電子(600360.SH)公佈,2019年6月18日,公司第七屆董事會第十二次會議審議通過《吉林華微電子股份有限公司關於將部分土地及房屋抵押貸款的議案》,董事會同意公司與中國光大銀行股份有限公司吉林分行簽訂總額為人民幣2億元的《固定資產暨項目融資借款合同》,並由公司提供房地產抵押擔保,合同到期日為2023年6月13日。此筆貸款業務已如期償還。
鑑於上述抵押貸款相關合同已到期,並結合公司經營發展需要,公司擬繼續向中國光大銀行股份有限公司吉林分行申請借款人民幣8000萬元,貸款期限十三個月,並由公司提供房地產抵押擔保。
