大唐發電(00991.HK)就內蒙古子企風光項目建設增資18.3億人幣
大唐發電(00991.HK)(601991.SH)公布關聯交易,向其子公司內蒙古托克托發電公司按照60%的持股比例,增資18.3億元人民幣,用於蒙西托克托外送200萬千瓦風光項目建設。
完成後,托克托發電公司各股東持股比例未發生變化,托克托發電公司仍為公司控股子公司。公司認為,是次增資有利於進一步提升公司新能源裝機容量規模,助力公司綠色低碳轉型發展,促進公司高質量發展,符合公司的發展戰略和長遠規劃。
