Key遊戲發行商Visual Arts社長馬場隆博宣布退休,並透露最近與多間企業接觸和交涉,最終決定將股權轉讓給騰訊(00700.HK),成為其子公司,旨在進一步發展並成為更加全球化的IP擁有者。至於Visual Arts的新任社長將由天雲玄樹擔任。
Key為VISUAL ARTS旗下遊戲品牌,曾推出過《Kanon》、《AIR》及《CLANNAD》等作品,並多次將作品授權改編為動畫。
