美國鐵路貨運企業聯合太平洋(UNP.US)公布第二季業績。季度淨利潤15.69億美元,按年跌14%。每股季度攤薄純利2.57美元,經調整後為2.54美元,市場預期為2.75美元,季度派息每股1.3美元。季度經營收益按年跌5%至59.63億美元。
公司宣布委任前營運總監Jim Vena擔任新行政總裁,市場憧憬新行政總裁能改善公司經營問題。聯合太平洋股價昨日(26日)抽升10.4%報238美元。
公司的鐵路網絡連連美國中部及西部23個州份,為美國最大鐵路運輸網絡。
