《即日市評》恆指漲4% 科指揚6% 龍湖及碧服飆逾兩成
中共中央政治局會議明確提出適時調整優化房地產政策、要活躍資本市場及提振投資者信心,人民幣匯價轉強,港股今日彈高。投資者等待聯儲局公布議息結果,美股道指及納指隔晚各升0.5%及0.2%,執筆之時,美國10年期債券孳息率升至3.877厘,美匯指數處至101.22,道指期貨最新升27點或0.08%,納指期貨最新升0.15%。人民幣即期升666點收報7.1365兌一美元,上證綜指今日升67點或2.1%收3,231點,深證成指升2.54%,而滬深兩市成交額共9,481億人民幣人民幣。
恆指高開504點後升幅擴大,曾升797點見19,465點,全日升766點或4.1%,收19,434點;國指升333點或5.3%,收6,604點;恆生科技指數升242點或6%,收4,257點。大市全日成交總額1,421.06億元,滬、深港通南下交易淨流出6.88億及27.47億元人民幣。港交所(00388.HK)股價漲5.4%。
【憧政策利好 內房股起舞】
科網股造好,騰訊(00700.HK)、阿里巴巴(09988.HK)及美團(03690.HK)全日股價各上揚6.2%、6.3%及7.8%,快手(01024.HK)彈高8.5%。內房股起舞,龍湖(00960.HK)股價搶上25.6%,碧桂園(02007.HK)股價升18.3%,而碧桂園服務(06098.HK)更搶升26.5%。
中金表示,昨日中共中央政治局召開會議,對於房地產領域提出要切實防範化解重點領域風險,適應中國房地產市場供求關係發生重大變化的新形勢,適時調整優化房地產政策。該行指,首次在最高層會議提及「房地產市場供求關係發生重大變化」。在這一新形勢下,一部分新房需求已經達峰或進入下行周期、同時存量及增量住房供給較為充分的城市,有必要在「因城施策」框架下優化房地產政策,以支持合理的「剛性和改善性」購房需求釋放。結合當前政策現狀,該行認為對於「賣一買一」、「賣舊買新」家庭的政策支持空間較大,或在符合上述條件的城市中優先落地。
中金指,政治局會議明確了在新供需條件下,房地產政策具有適度優化空間,預計後續各地在因城施策框架下有所發力,或有望帶動基本面指標逐步築底並溫和復甦。
【升股千三隻 券商股造好】
港股今日市寬轉強,主板股票的升跌比率為33比11(上日11為比29),上升股份1,374隻(升幅4.1%);恆指成份股今日78隻股份上升,下跌股份2隻,升跌比率為98比2(上日為5為94);大市今日錄沽空228.64億元,佔可沽空股份成交額1,259.57億元的18.152%。
政治局會議明確提出要活躍資本市場,中資金融股向上,建行(00939.HK)及招行(03968.HK)股價各上揚3.7及10.6%,國壽(02628.HK)彈8.2%。中資券商股造好,中信証券(06030.HK)、海通證券(06837.HK)及中金公司(03908.HK)股價各搶升9.4%、4.2%及9.1%。內需股揚,李寧(02331.HK)股價上揚5.8%。
瑞銀發表報告表示,就中共中央政治局昨日召開會議,分析研究當前經濟形勢,為今年下半年經濟工作定下政策基調,該行認為中央政治局會議關於支持經濟增長、促進私營企業投資和提振投資者信心的信息總體上對市場情緒有利,帶來廣泛正面訊號,因市場早前對政策預期似乎相對溫和。該行指,投資者在採取行動之前很可能需要看到當局更詳細實施計劃。總體而言,該行認為MSCI中國指數當前的風險回報仍然具有吸引力,因為政策設置處於促增長階段。
該行表示,對MSCI中國指數前景保持樂觀,青睞行業包括互聯網、白色家電、啤酒、運動服飾、休閒和保險。
