《大行報告》花旗:HIBOR上行壓力持續 料本港年底前最優惠利率再升25點子
花旗發表研究報告指,本港整體港元流動依然充裕,但銀行同業拆息(HIBOR)上行壓力持續,主要受美聯儲的舉措而非港元需求驅動。由於預計夏季會出現季節性回撤,該行認爲,HIBOR的走勢已反映到7月美國將加息25點子,但該行在基本情境下,料美聯儲11月再次加息25點子。
該行預計,本港的最優惠利率或於年底前再上升25點子,料三個月HIBOR將於年底升至5.5%,而港元將逼近交易區間的中間線。
花旗另重申預期本港下半年樓價回落6%預測。
