外交部:已就日本加強對高端晶片設備出口管制進行嚴正交涉
日本經濟產業省開始實行《外匯及外國貿易法》修正令,將23種尖端晶片設備納入出口管制名單。國家外交部發言人毛寧表示,日方不顧中方的嚴重關切,執意出臺及實施對華指向性明顯的出口管制措施,中方深感遺憾和不滿,已經在不同層級向日方提出嚴正交涉。
她稱,近年來個別國家將經貿問題政治化泛安全化,包括濫用出口管制措施在內,頻繁動用行政手段強推高科技領域「脫鉤斷鏈」,這些錯誤做法違背市場經濟規律,違反自由貿易原則及國際經貿規則,不僅讓相關企業蒙受損失,亦影響地區以至全球半導體產業鏈供應鏈的安全及穩定。
