微軟收購動視暴雪接近完成 美國法官駁回聯邦貿易委員會禁令
美國舊金山一名聯邦法官駁回聯邦貿易委員會提出的初步禁令,原意阻止微軟(MSFT.US)完成對視頻遊戲發行商動視暴雪(ATVI.US)的收購。
目前該筆交易尚未完全明朗,聯邦貿易委員會目前將該決定提交至美國第九巡迴上訴法院,現時兩間公司仍須解決英國競爭與市場管理局反對意見的方法。
法官Jacqueline Scott Corley在周二發布的決定中稱,收購記購中表明有更多的消費者能訪問動視暴雪旗下的《使命召喚》和其他動視內容,故初步禁令的動議被拒絕。
