晨訊科技(02000.HK)：與地方政府就上海青浦地塊簽訂收地協議 總賠償金額7.49億元
格隆匯7月10日丨晨訊科技(02000.HK)公佈，鑑於中國上海市青浦區地方政府有意改變位於中國上海青浦的土地(集團其中一個廠房所在地)用途，集團青浦工廠從2022年第三季開始逐步將生產線搬遷至位於桐城的另一個廠房以及安排人員的遣散。
2023年2月，公司間接全資附屬公司上海晨興希姆通電子科技有限公司("上海晨興希姆通")收到香花橋街道房屋土地徵收補償工作辦公室的通知("政府通知")，指其名下一幅土地("該土地")將被中國上海市青浦區地方政府收回("收回土地事項")。
公司已就收回土地事項徵詢中國律師的法律意見，並獲中國律師吿知，上海晨興希姆通有義務根據中國相關法律法規交還該土地，不得異議。
於2023年7月10日，上海晨興希姆通與上海市青浦區人民政府香花橋街道辦事處("地方政府")簽訂收地協議("收地協議")，內容有關收回該土地的土地使用權連同所有上蓋建築物、構築物及搭建物。根據收地協議，上海晨興希姆通將向地方政府交還該土地的土地使用權。
根據收地協議，上海晨興希姆通因收回土地事項應收的賠償金額包括三部分，其中收回土地以及地面上建築物的補償分別為人民幣129,227,280元及人民幣245,207,885元，其次，因為工廠搬遷，政府給予的裝飾裝修補償、附屬物補償、設備搬遷和安裝費補償、無法恢復使用的設備按重置價補償、停產停業損失補償，以及由上海晨興希姆通支付給該土地所有租客的補償和因為搬遷員工的遣散費補償，合共人民幣255,919,316元。第三部分為上海晨興希姆通按時遷出的獎勵，如上海晨興希姆通及該土地所有租客在收地協議日期生效後180日內搬遷完畢，上海晨興希姆通將有權獲得額外獎勵人民幣118,470,547元。以上三項合共人民幣748,825,028元為此次收地協議上海晨興希姆通應收的全部補償金額("總賠償金額")。
