雅居樂(03383.HK)向雅生活(03319.HK)轉讓406項商住物業 抵銷2.8億人幣關連交易款項
雅生活(03319.HK)公布,控股股東雅居樂(03383.HK)將旗下406項物業轉讓至雅生活,用以抵銷雅生活作為持續關連交易應付款項的替代付款,共涉2.823億元。
其中,347項為住宅物業及59項為商業物業,位於茂名、長沙、武漢及雲浮,總建築面積約4.25萬平方米。待該等物業轉讓後,持續關連交易應付款項將被視為已全額繳付。
雅生活指,物業轉讓協議擬進行的物業轉讓使集團能夠向雅居樂集團收回到期應付的應收款項。集團將該等物業質押予其第三方供應商以結清集團應付予該等供應商的其他應付款項,或可將該等物業出售或出租予第三方以換取現金。
