中國碳中和(01372.HK)子公司擬為金馬能源提供五年的雙碳數字化管控系統及碳排放碳核算服務
格隆匯7月4日丨中國碳中和(01372.HK)公吿，於2023年7月4日，集團境內子公司中碳綠信科技(深圳)有限公司("中碳綠信")與河南金馬能源股份有限公司("金馬能源")簽訂了碳達峯碳中和數字化服務協議。根據服務協議，中碳綠信為金馬能源提供五年的雙碳數字化管控系統及碳排放碳核算服務。
金馬能源為香港聯合交易所有限公司主板上市公司，是由金馬能源(香港)有限公司、馬鞍山鋼鐵股份有限公司、江西萍鋼實業股份有限公司和濟源市金馬興業投資有限公司共同投資組建的混合所有制企業，也是典型的鋼焦聯合企業。金馬能源連續多年入圍河南省百户重點企業和河南省民營企業100強，及位列“2022年中國能源企業(集團)500強”第293位。金馬能源是中國河南省領先的煤化工焦化行業的焦炭生產商及焦化副產品加工商，經營一套垂直整合業務模式，覆蓋煤化工業中焦化產業鏈，由焦炭生產至將焦化副產品加工成衍生性化學品及能源產品。
